All our attic storage packages are built on structural timber frames. These are great for storing larger bulky items and seasonal decorations. All packages are built to withstand 75kgs per square metre!
Dust Proof Rooms
Storage areas built with framed walls, insulated and sealed to keep all dust and pests out. Great for storing more valuable items that need extra protection. Can be fitted with lights and power outlets!
Attic Access Ladder
We also offer just installation of attic ladders. Whether you already have one and need an upgrade or just want easier access to the roof cavity a fresh ladder can be installed in a couple hours!

What is attic storage?
Attic storage is a raised flooring system installed in your roof space, creating a safe and accessible area to store household items, while protecting all insulation, wiring and services below.
Do I need council approval to install?
No. Council approval is not needed for any attic space in Victoria used for storage or dust proof storage.
How much storage space can I gain in my roof?
Most roof spaces in Melbourne can offer 10 - 20 square metres of additional storage space.
How long does installation usually take?
Most attic spaces can be transformed same day in just 5-6 hours. While dust proof rooms can take one and a half days.
Can any home have attic storage installed?
Most homes can accommodate attic storage, but every roof space is different. We asses the space and let you know the package that would suit you best!
What items can be stored in the attic?
Attic storage is ideal for Christmas decorations, luggage, camping gear, keepsakes, bulkier items that take up space, and other household items that aren't needed daily.
Will attic storage damage my insulation?
No. Our attic storage and dust proof rooms are designed to sit above any insulation, maintaining its effectiveness while providing you with a stable storage platform or room.
What type of attic ladder do you install?
We only install high quality folding attic ladders made out of timber or steel. These ladders are designed for safety, durability and ease of use. All ladders can be altered to properly fit your ceiling height.
What size are the attic ladders?
Our standard ladders are 580mm wide to fit perfectly between ceiling joists and trusses. We also offer an extra wide ladder that's 700mm wide if the ceiling can accommodate.
How big is the opening for the attic space?
Once the ladder is folded down our standard ladder opening is 550Wx1280L. Extra wide ladder opening 700Wx1280L. These measurements are in miller metres.
How much weight can the attic ladder take?
All our attic ladders have a 150kg domestic load rating.
How much weight can the storage areas take?
All our storage platforms and dust proof rooms are engineered to withstand 75kg per square metre. This is perfect for most items that will need to be placed in storage!
